If you are not satisfied with our services we will waive our fees! Our attorney fees are taken from the claimant's back pay awarded after the claim is approved. If the claim is not approved, the claimant does not owe an attorney fee. However, sometimes the claimant will need to cover certain costs, such as costs a medical institution may charge to acquire medical records, etc. We can review your case to see if you will be subject to any such costs.
In addition to disability law, Mr. Button enjoys using his experience and LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis to help families be prepared for unexpected or expected life events that would require medical and financial power of attorneys and/or the disbursement of property at time of death.
